Girl Squad Fitness is a community-based after school program that teaches girls the benefits of physical fitness and how to build lasting healthy habits. The program promotes self-confidence, self-acceptance, and empowers girls to feel proud of their physical fitness achievements in a non-competitive, non sport-related environment.
The girls will be participating in activities that get them moving, as well as working on team-building and everything that goes along with a sport, without the pressure of being on a team. This will be FUN!

I have always been an athlete, and that led me to play Division I lacrosse in college. My love of health and fitness continued to grow after school, and I became an avid triathlete and runner, having competed in dozens of races, including a Half Ironman.I have a background in education and 12 years of experience working in schools. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have years of experience coaching and volunteering with youth. Movement has brought so much physical, mental, and emotional joy into my life, and it's my mission to share that with girls and teens.
