Lacrosse 101 is the perfect introduction to lacrosse. It is convenient, FREE, requires no experience or equipment, and prepares your player to join an experienced lacrosse program or team. Here's how it works:

  1. Just sign up, and we'll take care of everything else! No payment, card, deposit, etc required. You can start ANYTIME!

  2. Our coaches will teach your player about lacrosse equipment, rules, skills, and strategies. Using a fun, but demanding curriculum we will make sure that players build all of the necessary skills needed to join a team.

  3. The program includes 2 free classes and free equipment to borrow. After your 2 free classes (if you are enjoying lacrosse) you will be slowly integrated into our experienced program called On Point Academy (OPA.) The beginner and experienced programs are the same/day/time/field, so there will be no change in your schedule when you transition from beginner to experienced. Easy!
