"On Point Academy (OPA)" is our off-season training program for experienced 3/4th grade boys. We utilize speed/agility/strength training, positional training, cognitive training, and scrimmaging to develop complete athletes and prepare players for their best spring season yet. And we have a little fun while we’re at it. Your spring season success is built in the off season!
What, Where, Who, When, and How Much....
Who: Point Loma & surrounding area experienced 3/4th grade boys (2019-2020 school year) who have had at least one season of league play, or have completed our beginner program. NEW PLAYERS LEARN FOR FREE, CLICK HERE!
Location: Robb Field (2525 Bacon St., San Diego 92107) - On the softball “quad” to your right as you enter the park

Payment: All 3/4th grade sessions are $12/hour. OPA is a month-to-month program to provide players with the flexibility to play other sports and activities, but still get some off-season lacrosse training in. 3/4th grade OPA meets once a week, except during holiday weeks. The monthly price reflects the number of scheduled training sessions for that month. Your card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Cancel anytime by notifying us before the 1st of the month. You can register/join anytime and you will only be charged for the remaining sessions that month (prorated.) Practice & fee schedule below.

You Need: All players in the On Point Academy program are required to have:
- Lacrosse Equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick. You may rent a full set of equipment, or visit our equipment store to purchase your own equipment at a discounted rate. Click HERE for rental and purchase info.
- Additional Required Equipment: mouth guard purchase here and we’ll have it for you at practice , athletic supporter/cup, and cleats. Good sneakers will work as well, but cleats are strongly recommended.
